Privacy Policy

Summary

AmTools (amtools.zanncodex.my.id) is a tool for finding Alight Motion preset links from video links. This policy explains what data we store and why.

Account data

If you create an account we store your name, email address, profile photo (Google sign-in only), optional bio, and your password as a scrypt hash. The plain password is never stored.

Verification codes (OTP) are stored only as hashes and expire after 10 minutes.

Search history & statistics

Each preset search is logged (video link without tracking parameters, platform, result count, time). When you are signed in, searches are linked to your account so they appear in your profile history.

Page visits are logged anonymously (path and time only) without IP addresses, tracking cookies, or identity. Do Not Track is respected.

Cookies

We only use necessary cookies: the sign-in session cookie (httpOnly), a CSRF security cookie, and a short-lived cookie during Google sign-in. Your theme preference is kept in browser local storage.

Third-party services

Preset searches are forwarded by our server to the AMFinder service. TikTok video previews use TikWM. Google sign-in uses Google OAuth. Bot protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Verification emails are sent through an SMTP server.

The database is hosted on Neon PostgreSQL and the website on Vercel.

Your rights

You can change your name and bio on the Profile page. To delete your account and its data, reach us through the Contact page.
